• Yes
Do I have to be home when you service my yard?
• No, Since we only need to access the lawn it is not necessary for you to be home. When we finish, we will leave an invoice at your door. You simply mail in your payment. (Or leave your payment in an envelope at your door) If you have a locked gate or a pet, we ask that you leave the gate unlocked and keep the pet indoors.
Do you take care of my lawn the same day each visit?
• We keep a planned schedule for each yard. However the schedule may be altered due to rain. If the rain is too heavy to service your yard, it will be serviced the next day after the rain stops. Also, if you are hosting an event and want your service date bumped up a couple days, please let us know far enough in advance to accomodate your schedule.
Can I pick the day you service my lawn?
• You can request a time of week and we will try to accomodate you. However, to maximize efficiency we mow all lawns in the same area on the same day.
Can you only mow, without trimming, edging and blowing?
• While we could offer just mowing, without any of the additional cleanup, we pride ourselves on the appearance of our lawns and therefore only offer them as a package.
